Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st July 2024 

Introduction

At SHIELD X, we are committed to delivering high-quality recruitment services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and details our Guarantee Period.

1. Refund Eligibility

Engagement Fees: Fees are non-refundable once an Applicant is engaged. However, if an Applicant terminates the Engagement within the Guarantee Period, SHIELD X will provide a Replacement at no additional Fee (for the first Replacement).

Advertising Costs: Any Advertising Costs incurred at the Client’s request are non-refundable.

2. Guarantee Period and Replacement Policy

Guarantee Period: The Guarantee Period is 90 days starting from the Applicant’s commencement date with the Client.

Replacement Policy: If an Applicant terminates the Engagement within the Guarantee Period (excluding redundancy, death, or reasons attributable to the Client), SHIELD X will find a suitable Replacement at no additional charge, provided:

All Invoices issued before the Payment Date have been paid.
SHIELD X is notified in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the termination, including the reason for it.
The Applicant is not re-engaged by the Client or any Affiliate of the Client within twelve (12) months of the termination.

3. No Refund Policy

SHIELD X does not provide refunds in the following cases:
If the Client does not require a Replacement.
If the Replacement’s salary is lower than the original Applicant’s salary.
If the Replacement’s salary is higher than the original Applicant’s salary, the Client will be charged the difference in Fees.
